Accessibility statement

Jome builds a product about access, so the site itself has to hold to a high bar. We would rather tell you honestly where we are than publish a conformance claim we have not earned.

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. A full audit of jome.app is underway, covering keyboard navigation, screen reader use, and the map in particular, which is the hardest part of a site like this to get right. We will publish the results here, including the limitations we find and how we plan to address them, rather than a blanket claim.

If something on jome.app is hard or impossible for you to use, we want to know. It genuinely helps us prioritise. Email us at welcome@jome.app and tell us what happened, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if any. We aim to reply within five working days.
